Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellations

• All cancellations should be made via email to cancel@talonaridge.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before your check-in date will receive a refund, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee (which includes the original $10 booking fee).

• Cancellations 14 days or less will forfeit deposit. (Deposit is 50% of the total reservation).

• Cancellations not made in writing will forfeit their deposit.

• Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.

Golf Cart Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before your check-in date will receive a refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 14 days or less will forfeit deposit.  (Deposit is 50% of the total reservation).

• Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.

Changes to Booking:

Once a guest arrives on site, cancellations or changes cannot be made in order to receive a partial or full refund. Early termination of booking will be subject to payment in full, once the guest has checked in.

Refunds:

RVing is an outdoor experience, therefore no refunds or credits will be provided due to the discomfort of nature, including windstorms, hail, heavy rain, or icy conditions. No refunds or credits will be made for early departures or evictions.

 

Talona Ridge RV Resort exclusively determines refund requests. Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing to Management, providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.

 

Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid.
